Free EU shipping

Every order ships free across the European Union. We pay the carrier; you pay only the poster price. Outside the EU, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

How long does it take?

Posters are printed on demand by Gelato from a hub in or near your country. Typical delivery times:

You receive a tracking link by email once your poster ships.

30-day returns

If your poster doesn't feel right once it's on your wall, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund.

Email support@placecrafts.com with your order number and we'll send you a return label. The poster needs to come back in resalable condition (in its tube, undamaged). We refund within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged or misprinted

If your poster arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise faulty: send a photo to support@placecrafts.com within 14 days of delivery. We send a replacement free of charge — no need to return the original. If you prefer a refund instead, we'll process it within 3 business days.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost we send a replacement free of charge.

Wrong address

If you entered the wrong shipping address: email us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet we can update it for free. Once shipped, the cost of redelivery is your responsibility.
