About these terms

These terms govern your use of placecrafts.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and pricing

All Placecrafts posters are printed on demand on 170 g/m² FSC-certified semi-gloss silk paper, in four sizes: A4 (21×30 cm), A3 (30×42 cm), 30×40 cm, and 50×70 cm. Prices start at €19. Prices include VAT where applicable; final tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Orders and payment

Orders are processed through Shopify-hosted checkout. We accept all payment methods Shopify supports for your region (typically Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

An order is binding once you complete checkout. We may decline an order if we cannot verify payment, if there is a clear pricing error, or if the order appears fraudulent.

Shipping

Free EU shipping on every order. Orders are printed and shipped by Gelato from a hub close to your address. Typical European delivery time is 3–5 business days from order. Outside the EU, shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return your poster for a full refund, no questions asked. See Returns & shipping for details. Products that arrive damaged or misprinted are replaced or refunded immediately at no cost to you.

Intellectual property

The artwork on our site is generated and curated by Placecrafts and is licensed for personal display when you purchase a poster. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially reproduce our artwork without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Placecrafts is liable for the products it sells in accordance with EU consumer protection law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, shipping carrier issues, or third-party service interruptions outside our control.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date and announced on our home page.
